The NTXBC Dirtbags offer a unique developmental approach in North Texas select baseball. As a non-profit, their mission is purely to teach the game of baseball to players of all skill levels and get kids to the next level. Started ~15 years ago, the Dirtbags have had a tremendous effect on players by getting them to the next level and earning college scholarships.
Their goals are clear: have every player make their high school team as a freshman, then varsity, then prepare for college play. This player-centric ethos and positive parent feedback (many praise the Dirtbags for building baseball IQ and love of the game) make NTXBC Dirtbags stand out.
They may not be as large as other clubs, but their strong fundamentals, affordability, and success in developing talent warrant recognition as an organization on the rise.
